IT Business Analyst, New MVNE Program
(MVNE/MVNO/Billing/OCS/PCRF/Gx/Gy/Billing Flows/Call Flows)
A leading telecoms company are searching for an IT Business Analyst with strong IT and Telco experience.
The Business Analyst will work in the Mobile Data Domain on an MVNE Program.
Essential Skills:
- Experience as a business analyst, ideally with IT and Telco exepreince
- Experience as a functional analyst
- Good knowledge of MVNO, MVNE and M2M business
- Good knowledge of service orchestration and billing flows
- Good knowledge of OCS, PCRF and related interfaces towards core network (eg Gx, Gy)
- Overall view of the mobile core network and understanding of call-flows (voice, SMS, data).
- Good knowledge on mobile core components of 2G, 3G, LTE (P-GW/GGSN, HSS/HLR, PCRF) networks.
