Description
Works on problems of moderate and varied complexity where analysis of data may require adaptation of standardized practices. Should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Receives general instructions on non-routine work assignments and guidance on new assignments. Will be working with IT and business contacts.
The candidate will be responsible for the tasks including but not limited to:
- Responsible for operational support activities for Order Management application production support including troubleshooting, monitoring and providing resolutions to meet SLAs.
- Participate in daily operational activities by supporting Centers, provide solutions to trouble tickets coming from various channels including online support.
- Participate in day to day activities involving production operational activity monitoring to support the Order Management application.
- Work with internal IT teams and external teams including the biz clients on various issues and resolutions thereof to provide best customer experience.
- Monitor and debug production issues, generate and monitor supporting reports.
- Support the strategic initiatives of the Organization.
- Good Communication & stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience with performance tuning of DB2 SQL in an online environment with very high
- Strong knowledge of CICS, DB2, Cobol, JCL, ISPF
- Applied knowledge of IBM z/OS; demonstrable skills in multi-tasking
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Professional with a minimum 5+ years of experience
- Good working knowledge of Wireless Billing and Order Management
- Good working knowledge of Vision ordering and interfaces with Front End channel and customer care user experience.
