Service Desk Technician - Kortrijk
My Belgian-based client is keen on getting an experienced professional to join them on an initial 6 month project as a Service Desk Technician.
You must be able to speak Dutch and English fluently, and be available to start ASAP on site!
As a Service Desk Technician, you will need the following skills:
- Configuring windows, troubleshooting, installation of network printers, Proxy settings.
- Experience in dealing with Outlook & Lync issues.
- Word documents, excel sheets & sometime in presentations also, eg repair, restore,
- Configuring wireless profile at client side, configure of VPN & troubleshooting for VPN related issues.
- Excellent Communication skills. Independently resolve tickets within SLA
- Adheres to standard operating procedures/work instructions
- Provides inputs to modify/update/design standard operating procedures/work instructions7
- Managing independent shifts
- Complies to regulatory requirements
