Description

One of my clients based in Stockholm is currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst with English skills and at least one of the Scandinavian Language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) to join them in mid February for an initial contract until August.

JD:
Attend or attend workshops/meeting requirements with the business
Quality assurance and coordination of CRM solution requirements
Join the Rapid Development Team at CRM
Communicate requirements for solutions, quality assurance solutions, test and convey solutions to the business
Perform minor customization tasks in Salesforce and coordinate them with RDT CRM
Participate in verification activities in production after deploys
Should be able to act as second level support for the CRM AM team in connection with incident management
Reference to the Head of CRM & OTI

Execution of the assignment
Regular travel activity between the country office in Copenhagen, DK and the head office in Sweden
Ad hoc travel activity to other locations, such as Finland, Norway and Germany

Language skills
Fluent oral and written in English
Fluent oral and written in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian)

Requirements:
Good understanding of business processes and identification of differences/gaps between processes and the need for system support
Knowledge of CRM processes an advantage
Experience working with needs and requirements for system support in the CRM area (sales, customer service, customer master data, marketing)
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud customization as well as knowledge of Salesforce best practice and standard
Certified Salesforce Admin (basic and advanced), developer skills is a bonus
Knowledge and experience with SAP ERP setup and data flow is an advantage
Knowledge of customer master data flow across solutions/applications/platforms is an advantage
Experience with thorough and well-documented test of solutions - both unit, SIT, UAT and Regression Test - as well as understanding the importance of these
Ability to conduct workshops and meeting meetings with stakeholders from different parts of the company and IT
Ability to document and communicate needs, requirements, test scope and case as well as solution to English to stakeholders and RDT
Ability to proactively plan, coordinate and follow up on their own tasks as well as activities/tasks related to a particular assignment
Works structured, analytical and independent
Good collaborative skills with colleagues and stakeholders across organizational units and levels, collaborative relationships and cultures
