Your tasks:
- Procurement expertise in sourcing events
- Manage the ITT process and planning
- Assess and draft commercial contracts
- Support in vendor related matters including negotiations
- Share know-how within the team
Your qualifications
- Profound work experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge in procurement and category management
- Well-versed in contract negotiations
- Deep know-how in conducting requests for proposal (RFP) and/or invitation to tender (ITT) processes
- Previous experience in crafting and assessing commercial contracts
- Analytical thinking and structured work ethics as well as IT knowledge
- Fluency in English; German is of advantage
