Your New role :-
Our client is looking for a technology architect (application architect) .NET .
5 years experience as an architect, 10 years in development.
Your role:
- You create the architecture for .NET applications.
- You work in the .NET department. You are expected to support the developers that implement your designs.
- Documenting your work is automatic.
- You support the development process: from validating pull requests to help defining tooling standards and the way of working
Your work approach
- Your take the initiative.
- You work together with the other application architects as colleagues.
- You are not afraid to be challenged or to defend your position.
- You experiment. Creating working POCs is a part of the job.
- As you will be supporting multiple agile teams you are not afraid of context switches
- You keep apprised of new tools / techniques
Your Skills and Qualifications :-
Essential Skills :-
- .NET / C#: an in depth knowledge of the .NET platform.
- SOLID principles
- WCF / rest / Soap
- WPF
- Architecture
- up to date on Patterns and practices
- Cloud approach: Azure
- Tooling and setup
- Services
- Working with / in Agile teams
Tools / technologies:
-Relational databases: MSSQL, ORACLE, SQL anywhere
- Build and deployment chain / CI: Jenkins , Jira, ...
- Nservicebus
- Sitecore
- UI frameworks like REACT, Aurelia
- Integration SAP systems
Languages:
NL + FR + EN (all at business fluent level or similar)
Please include some references about your past work experiences as an architect.
Desirable Skills :-
- Experience as SCRUM master is a plus
