OSS Business Analyst - Wireline/Fixed line/Cable/Fiber/Optics/EU candidates only
OSS BA in Wireline, fixed line, cable, Fibre Optics technology urgently WANTED!
Our client is a leading global provider of next-generation OSS/BSS systems to the telecommunications industry. They create original solutions that assist mobile operators with their digital transformation.
They are looking for an OSS Business Analyst with a good knowledge and experience of OSS (Wireline, Cable Order Management, WFM, Workforce Management, Fixedline & Cable engineering and installation, PSTN, Telephone network) to join a 12+ month contract working in Rome.
This is an OSS Business Analyst role, therefore you would be expected to be working in a customer facing manner, understanding their technical and business requirements. You will work with CxO stakeholders at the end client to ensure the project meets SLA's.
Applicants must have:
1. EU Citizenship. Must be eligible to work in Italy.
2. Experience in a client facing role - OSS Business Analyst.
3. Experience of Wireline (fixed line, cable, fibre, fiber, telephone network, PSTN) integration projects
4. Experience with Workforce Management System, WFM
5. Experience with Cable & Wire Order Management
English language only required. Italian is advantageous.
