Unsere Kundin ist ein international tätiges Versicherungsunternehmung.

We are seeking a person with 5 years' experience in a similar role to join an international Insurance company as a Contractor in the city of Zurich.

Main tasks:

You shall be the point of contact for internal staff and VIP visitors too. Providing 1st and 2nd level workplace support to the end users in a customer-oriented manner, assisting in IT Projects, handling of administrative work in Infrastructure Management and ensuring day-to-day IT operations.

Further tasks:

Test, install and deploy workplace products and services, including regular upgrades and security patches

Provide event support for video conferences, forums, etc.

Actively contribute in asset inventory management and ensure high quality standards

Provide local support for testing and roll out of new software packages

Handle administrative tasks and local touch labour for all IT systems and infrastructure

Ensure user administration is maintained in line with our policies

Manage actively the ticket queue and ensure tickets are up to date and escalate, if necessary, to team members or Local IT Manager

Execute tasks on Local IT check list

VIP / Executive support

Required Technologies:

Windows 7, Windows 10

Cisco IPT system (user mgmt & end user support)

Remote Access and security technologies

Expertise in MS Office, anti-virus, Exchange/Outlook software products

LAN technologies incl. WiFi

Printer installations and setting up Video conference systems

iPhone and iPad, MAC OS, MAC Book

Active Directory skills for administration rights

Experience with virtual computer technologies

Ticketing experience with Cherwell or similar products

Additional requirements:

Quick grasp in understanding of organizational structures

Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer and service-orientation

Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills

High self-motivation, organizational skills with ability to deal with urgencies/priorities and to work under pressure

Good team player with sensitivity to cultural differences

Willingness to work in shifts or with defined schedules

Track record in delivering project work on time

Proven ability to lead the development of new business concepts and solutions

Educational background:

A completed local apprenticeship or HND in Computer Science

SIZ Zertifikat is prepared or networking certification is nice to have too

ITIL Foundation V3 (beneficial)

Langauges:

Deutsch Schriftlich und mündlich - Muttersprach Niveau

Clear communication and documentation skills in English is a must
