Description
We are currently looking for a Consultant to work as an Offshore Operations Support (Marine) for their offshore wind farm project. The Consultant will assist the offshore Operations Manager in coordination of marine & helicopter activities, work authorisation, PPE and tools management. This role is due to commence from the 19th February 2018 up until approx. 31st December 2019 with the possibility of extending further thereafter. Shift pattern will be 2 weeks on/2 weeks off accommodation will be on board vessel or flotel.Responsibilities:
- Planning & Coordination of Construction Site, Marine and Helicopter activities, including preparation of relevant documentation, such as vessel manifesting.
- To liaise with MHCC re-execution of planned activities.
- Assist the work authorisation process.
- Assist relations with authorities, industry forums, suppliers and other relevant external stakeholders.
- Daily dialogue with relevant contractors and masters to ensure compliance with site procedures and OMS.
- To train the Contractors & Masters in OMS.
- To monitor Project vessel performance.
- To ensure all vessels Masters complete induction.
- Manage maintenance on offshore assets in the interim period prior to handover to OFTO/O&M.
Qualifications of Candidate:
- Full valid GWO certification & HUET certification.
- Minimum 3 years work experience, working in a similar environment.

- The Consultant must bring his/her own mobile telephone i-Phone 4S,5C, 5S, 6 or 6+ or a Window phone 8.1 & PC with MS Office software.
- The Consultant must his/her own PPE equipment.
