Role - Site Sharing stability Engineer - Dutch

Location - Brussels
The Telecom law obliges operators to work together with the competition and share each other's pylon's and masts (site sharing). In this context we are looking for a site sharing and stability engineer to join our team. S/He will be responsible for the northern part of Belgium and later on maybe take over some responsibilities in the southern part (Fluent Speaker: Dutch with good knowledge of French and English).
List of responsibilities:
Responsible for the site build of all site sharing projects in the department of MAN (national approach) while respecting site sharing (Telecom Law & RISS), federal and national rules: SSH OUT (advise).
Negotiate with our competitors, always taking into account rollout priorities and budget. Manage daily challenges between several internal and external parties.
Plan and lead site visits with the other mobile operators (TR-visits, OWM- visits, BOQ-visits, )
Perform stability studies >= check stability, approve and comment on plans, communicate and advise
Negotiate and follow-up of subcontractors
Solve technical problems on site
Required skills :
Experience in site sharing & RISS rules is a plus
Independent mind frame
Negotiating skills: negotiate with subcontractors and follow up
Communication skills (languages: Dutch (Fluent Speaker, French (spoken), English (written)
Knowledge of the security rules (on temporary (websites) and mobile sites)
Meticulous/analytical mind-set: financial responsibilities (BOQ, PO, budget follow-up)
