Invoice & End User Management. One of my major tech clients is urgently looking for an Invoice & End User Management for a 12 month contract in Milan, Italy to support the Programme Management Office Team which includes tracking status of Invoices and user administration activities.
The Invoice & End User Management will:
- Review all invoices and credit notes, inform Customer on validation status.
- Maintain inventory of invoices & credit notes validation status updating Customer.
- Support customer in defining requirements and policies of End user administration.
- Verify with Customer and other suppliers that End-User account administration, activation, changes and terminations (eg, Password/account setup, remote access connectivity, e-mail accounts, End-User IDs) are properly performed
