Description
IT Service Desk Analyst/IT Trainer (French and English speaking) is required to provide face to face and telephone support to Users in our client's Paris office.
The role will be split 50/50 IT Support and providing Training which will include creating documentation for training sessions and also communication tools to distribute to Users at the Deskside or upload onto the Knowledge database.
- Candidates wishing to be considered must have at least 3 years' experience of supporting Users on the following technologies;
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in a similar type of function, preferably in a highly demanding and professional business environment (VIP/VVIP);
- A strong appetite for training people is required.
- Broad IT experience, in particular good knowledge of Microsoft Office , Microsoft Windows 7/10, Apple/Android Devices, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Document Management tools, SharePoint environment, Citrix, Radmin (or other remote control software), Blackberry solutions, Adobe Acrobat, BYOD/CYOD, basic skills in AD and network.
- Skills in printers and multimedia systems (audio/video) are a plus.
- Fluent in both French and English (oral and written);
