Communications Administrator - Edinburgh - 3 months
Communications Administrator required for an initial 3 months contract based in Edinburgh.
Duties will include but are not limited to -
- Organising and supplying appropriate images to press, and for social media channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency of caption information and copyright clearance where necessary
- Supporting organisation press views, news conferences, unveilings, photocalls, etc.
- Keeping records of all television and radio coverage.
- Research, update and maintain media contacts database, ensuring the accuracy of all information held there
- Respond to general enquiries by email, telephone and social media
- Circulate daily summary of press coverage, and general interest stories; maintain efficient log of project coverage for stakeholder reports.
Marketing Support will include -
- Data collation
- Booking meeting rooms
- Copy checking
- Formatting of documents.
- Completion of listings for various titles to promote events

- Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively, across departments and as part of a team.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure

- Proven administration skills
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
