Position role: ITC Project Leader
Position timeline: 100% from 14 Feb to 14 Mar. 50% from 15 Mar to 13 Apr
Position scope:
- Relocation of Service Desk based business unit from one location to another. Service Desk unit consisting of approximately 35 employees incl. line management.
Location base is Stockholm (pref) or Gothenburg
Requirements:
Position skills:
- Senior IT Project Leader & Management with proven track record of similar type of projects.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification with proven track record of work with or in ITIL based business units.
- Proven record of Service Desk and Service & Support based business unit understanding (ie worked in or with these type of units)
- Ability to work with and under loose framework and assignment specifications as well as pressed timelines (hence the Senior part)
Position work environment:
- Working as Project Leader for the relocation of the Service Desk within and together with line management, HR and resources from delivering and receiving units/organizations. You will head of Project team with relevant resources from both delivering and receiving units and adjacent functions.
- High level scope, activity plan (GANT), affected resources and organizational information is available.
- You will report to the overarching Project Team on progress and deviations. Overall Project consists of 10 different delivery streams, this being one.
- Strict NDA will have to be signed for the assignment.
Preferrably at least 5 years PM-role within ICT
Fluency in both Swedish & English, written and spoken, is necessary.
Ability to converse fluently, coherently and confidently in English and Swedish is MANDATORY
