My client in a Global technical services is currently looking for a skilled Data Center.

Must Have Skills

Strong knowledge and Hands on experience on Cisco ACI technology
Knowledge of system architecture and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex routing, switching and forwarding issues.
Must have hands-on technical skills and experience in many of the following technologies and protocols: Cisco IOS, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, IPV6, QoS, Multicast. Strong Layer 2 & 3

Skills

4-8 years of networking experience troubleshooting Routing/Switching across Cisco platforms. Expertise in Cisco Nexus and Catalyst Switch Platforms
Strong knowledge and Hands on experience on Cisco ACI technology
Knowledge of system architecture and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex routing, switching and forwarding issues.
Must have hands-on technical skills and experience in many of the following technologies and protocols: Cisco IOS, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, IPV6, QoS, Multicast. Strong Layer 2 & 3 knowledge
In depth protocol knowledge of different spanning-tree implementations and hands on experience solving network outages.
Debugging experience on resolving issues related to FHRP, ARP/MAC, Unicast flooding, Multicast(IGMP, PM), QOS(Queueing and scheduling algorithms viz.., WRR, LLQ, RED, WRED), PVLAN, Etherchannel, Trunking, VTP, SPAN Monitor, REP.
In-depth understanding of the protocols LACP, UDLD, DHCP, BFD. --knowledge of Nexus related features VTP, Fabric path, OTV, TRILL, LISP --Knowledge of VPC, Fabric Path, OTV, TRILL, LISP is a required.
Experience and exposure to routing protocols and large scale architecture
Skills and experience dealing with high pressure situations and quickly changing circumstances
CCIE in Routing & Switching/Data Center preferred
Strong documentation skills--to be utilized for case management, knowledge capture, defect management and Trainings.
Ability to drive recreation of the customer network problem. Many issues result in the engineer needing to perform a recreate of the customer problem in order to isolate the issue and resolve.
Proven crisis management skills, and the ability to excel under pressure.
Demonstrated excellence in customer-interaction, written and verbal communication, assertive leadership.
Strong interpersonal and team work skills.
