Description
Secretariat required for one of our Financial Services clients based in Central London.
This is a 6-month rolling contract - £300 pd - to start ASAP. Days required are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
This will involve organisation of events management; minutes of events and meetings; documents and project administrative support. The role will require dealing with multiple stakeholders, including banks; customer or industry groups.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for initiating and delivering the documentation required for the purpose described above; the accurate filing and maintenance of Regulatory and Legal documents; maintaining records of working group membership and contact details; the preparation and circulation of documentation of events; the organisation of meetings and events with working groups and stakeholders; the collation of documentation, maintenance of decision logs, and production of documents and minutes; chasing of actions.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience/capabilities:
- Experience of several large complex programmes
- Excellent business administration skills
- Good quality report writing & document production
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, and as a self-starter
- Event organisation
- Accurate minute taking (essential)
- Stakeholder engagement and communication
- Ability to management competing priorities
- Use of MS Office products.
