My client are looking for an experienced Infor LN ERP functional consultant for a client in the logistics industry.
Consultant is needed for Infor LN ERP usage review case starting in the beginning of March.
The main requirement for the consultant is strong Infor LN ERP logistics knowledge. Experience in reviews and audits from manufacturing industry is a benefit. Only English language is needed.
The main objectives of the ERP review work are to find out and document:
- Is the ERP system used properly and in optimal way?
- Are users following instructions?
- Are people using ERP functions or are they instead executing manual processes or processing data outside ERP?
- Is master data quality and operational data quality in system good enough? Are the responsibilities about data quality clear?
- Are users' knowledge and competences on sufficient level?
- Is ERP working as it should?
- Is it technically working?
- Is system flow in line with real life process flow ?
- Are there existing workarounds or have workarounds become the normal process?
- Is ERP hindering some activities?
- Are functionalities up-to-date? ? Are there functionalities missing?
- Are people having accesses to the needed functionalities (transactions, reports etc.)?
