ERP Engineering Workstream Lead - Contract
ERP Engineering Workstream Lead Consultant - required on a contract base to lead the Engineering Workstream through required decision making to develop a common set of data standards for Engineering. Support businesses in their data readiness activities based on the data strategy defined, leading cleansing efforts and ensuring alignment to program plan. Ensure the strategic decisions are delivered on time and on budget, managing dependencies across complex work-streams and across multiple countries. Develop positive relationships with service providers and with local rollout managers in each of the businesses to ensure an effective and collaborative approach. Understand stakeholder needs and engage at all levels and represent this in engagement planning. Translate the strategic direction of Engineering into the SAP Programme fabric ensuring that the build will deliver what the business expects it to.
You will have delivered Engineering Implementations on time and to budget. Have very strong stakeholder management skills at all levels. This role requires: an integration focus, develop the broad knowledge required to work across areas and understand impacts accordingly. Very strong ERP background, with deep knowledge of Plant Maintenance. Working with blended teams to ensure delivery of major ERP (SAP) transformations. A broad reach across multiple process areas, working with SAP in Plant Maintenance and BI. Experience in diverse and multinational environments a plus. Ability to speak to the business on their terms, using a solid understanding of operational priorities and strategic objectives to help develop the ERP approach. Knowledge and experience in organisational change and development is advantageous. Detail oriented, Proven track record of ERP (SAP) implementations, on time and within budget. Excellent business process knowledge. Slovenian language speaker is a must have, as is willingness to travel Europe.
