Description
T4S Solutions are looking to speak with Network & Security engineers specializing in the F5 suite. My client are a leading infrastructure service provider offering technical consultancy services including network integration, security and data centers.
You will be part of the team responsible to deliver F5 projects to clients.
Most of the projects involve a combination of some or all of the following modules:
- APM
- ASM
- DNS
- LTM
This position will include the design of new infrastructures, supporting the operational teams (f. e. Dimension Data Cloud teams) during implementation and assisting the support team during troubleshooting and problem solving. The team also provides training to other teams within Dimension Data Belgium.
- Understand customer requirements from a technical and business perspectives
- Work with our clients to define projects designs and provide recommendations
- Write implementation steps which will be used by the operation team
- Support the operation team during migrations and configurations
- Participate in solving technical issues in collaboration with the support team
- Maintain and update customer documentation
- Must have understanding of the ITIL principals
