Job title: IT Operator Analyst
Location: Luxembourg
Length: 6 month contract (long Term contract extension)
Languages: English fluent and French Fluent
Job Requirements:
- Global technical skills competencies in the following domains: Networks, Windows, Workstations, Middleware, UNIX, Web and Messaging
- Good knowledge of the Incident management process
- Monitor and manage any alerts raised
- Fix any issue that could be solved at a first line level through clear procedures provided by application or infrastructure owners
- Raise any issue to 2nd line tier if no 1st lines procedures exists and keep the ownership of the resolution
- Demonstration of good relationship skills, and being comfortable at all levels of contact and in a wide variety of situations
- Ability to analyse and assess business impact on all issues
- Customer oriented, team player and high availability
Nice-to-have
- Technical expertise in any kind of infrastructure areas linked to end user services
