Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP Ariba consultant for a role based predominately in Amsterdam with periodic travel to other EU countries.
Scope:
Our client is looking for Functional Consultants with experience in Buying & Invoicing and/or Strategic Sourcing.
The role description:
Analyze and design the to-be business processes
Assist the Client with gathering spend category information
Run the Business Process workshops, document Business Process Analysis
Deliver Ariba overview training & platform demo
Work with the business process team to lead the business process review and configuration session(s) and assist with configuration decisions
Work with Client team to assess current capabilities and identify high-level SAP requirements
Serve as functional experts of the tools in scope
Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
Capture and track requirements
Work with the Project Manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application
Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
Participate in quality management reviews, in particular, reviews of the designs, prototypes and other work products to ensure they fulfil the requirements
Responsible for keeping track of all issues and coordinates the issue resolution
Assist with defect management and resolution
Provide inputs to the change enablement team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products
Main deliverables are:
- Category blueprint
- Design document
- Configuration document (Jointly with the shared services team)
Test scenarios and scripts, including Test Conditions and Expected Results
Start date: Mid March
Languages: English
Location: Amsterdam and position could require some travel to other EU countries
Duration: 6 months Initially.
Rate: Negotiable
