Assignment Context & Description of activities:
- As a Management Consultant you help the Management teams within IT Services at the control and of the organization and all the changes that go with it.
- IT Services is responsible for the continuity and availability of all client applications, for the hardware/infrastructure (On and Off premise) development and solutions, and also responsible for workplace resources.
- You support the Management Team of IT Services in various areas that are IT Services wide. You will work in a small team of Management Consultants. The team is a combination of experienced rot and starters. There is an atmosphere of trust, in which everyone brings their qualities and is valued.
With the following results (SMART):
- You prepare decisions and documents based on good analysis. You know how to keep a good balance between the urgent short-term jobs and the long-term priorities.
You are aware of the following developments and have experience or thorough knowledge of:
- Agile
- DevOps
- Hybrid Cloud Strategies.
You provide the MT with strategic advice and you are a good solid sparring partner. You conduct research into market trends and analyze them. Helps with the implementation of the advice. In the role of Management Consultant III (senior) you coach the other Management Consultants (I and II) and you maintain contact with other management consultants outside IT Services and TOPS.
