Applications Help Desk Technician
Duties include:
Supports and provides technical assistance with applications, user accounts, PC hardware, software and print devices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
General knowledge of IT help desk applications support and ticket management General computer and application troubleshooting ability Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Proficiency in English Customer-oriented and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE with user management preferred:
Experience with Zendesk or ServiceNow ticket management systems preferred
Experience with rental software or reporting software preferred
General experience with ERP or Inventory Management Systems preferred
Development experience in XML, XSL, XSL-FO programming languages preferred
