Our client is seeking Quality Assurance and Testing Project Manager
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directs and develops, communicates and monitors quality assurance and testing project work plans and schedules for the application software development
- Supervises, monitors and develops systems project tasks and schedules for system development, maintenance or enhancement
- Tracks and controls project resources and staffing
- Creates reports on status of agency information security programs and projects.
- Directs subordinate supervisors and staff
- Manages human resource and employee relation functions
- Will manage large numbers of agency staff or have large scope of responsibility within agency.
- Analyzes trends to anticipate and adapt to changes
- Assesses and manages project risks, analysing critical paths and establishing work breakdown structures
- Follows established project criteria and procedures for project activities, ensuring that priorities, objectives, and activities are consistent with agency and entity goals
- May manage internal projects or sub-projects of larger projects
- Serves as principal focal point for project implementation by coordinating and managing multiple complex project activities following widely recognized industry standards for the formulation and completion of work in the area of project management
