Description
Staffing Operations Specialist Junior wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience / skills:
- Bachelor's Degree with substantial experience in the technical or IT industry
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in recruitment (sourcing and screening candidates, evaluating their qualifications, conducting phone/personal interviews) and/or administration (bookings, daries, data management, etc.)
- Know-how in refining and recognizing issues in processes and leading users to improvements
- In-depth experience in working independently on a number of projects simultaniously
- Excellent assessment and analysis skills
- Very good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Collaborating with Technical Recruiters and providing support with administrative and recruiting tasks
- Assisting recruiters with interviews, external reference gathering, candidate follow-ups, internal system monitoring and maintenance, offer packet support, employee referral assistance etc.
- Managing processes and keeping them organized and efficient as well as maintaining customer service
