Description
SAP Basis Administrator wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5 years of experience in the administration of SAP systems, in particular ERP accompanied by excellent skills in Unix (AIX)
- Competent handling of DB2 on z/OS, preferably practical experience with the Stonebranch interface between Mainframe and SAP
- Confidence in the administration of VMWare as well as Backup and Recovery Systems
- Analytical and logical mindset, with a self-reliant and motivated attitude
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
Your tasks:
- Administrating and operating the SAP System (ERP 6.0 Enhancement Package 8), including the proposition and implementation of systems enhancements
- Supervising usage and performance and troubleshooting software and SAP-kernel issues
- Analyzing complexity and feasibility of new or changed environment requirements as well as outages and defective states, initiating and monitoring measures to remedy them
- Installing, configuring, testing and implementing SAP Systems
- Supporting system copies, release changes, installation of patches and system monitoring
