- Manage a Portfolio of Real Estate investors, developers and contractors, with responsibly for structuring bespoke banking services, and delivering funding solutions across a wide variety of transactions for corporates with big ticket debt requirements
- Specialise in both property and business lending
Managed and maintained a large portfolio, meeting the needs of existing and new clients with the emphasis on maximising income - Assessing customer proposals by evaluation of security and repayment ability
- Ensuring smooth transition of deals from initial interview to drawdown and perfection of security via liaising closely with internal departments such as credit risk, securities, legal and compliance
- Preparing lending applications by collecting and analysing financial information for presentation to senior management and the Credit Team
- Networking with key business introducers
- Maintenance of monthly targets in respect of credit control and debt recovery strategies with discretionary authority to control and manage day to day transactions on the refer list
- Mentoring and training junior staff to an accomplished level of performance in all aspects of lending
- Participation in biannual credit reviews with senior management
