- Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting: Citrix - XenAPP /XenDesktop, -Provisioning Services, - Netscaler
- Windows 2016 and Powershell
- Microsoft SCCM
- Office 365 Services
- Microsoft Intune
- FS Logix Knowledge
- Ivanti/Appsense knowledge
- HPE Server Management (Moonshot)
