Description
3 Level Support REOS with profound Adabas and Natural knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of working experience with the legacy platform REOS
- Expert in the technologies Adabas and Natural Software
- Experience as L3 support
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Planning and monitoring REOS Releases Deployment
- Defining scope of testing as well as collecting testing evidence
- Supporting packaging of the software provided by the developers (Natural programs, Adabas scripts)
- Providing installation manuals as well as supporting the applications services team to install the software
- Analyzing and resolving incidents as L3 along with analyzing technical setup of REOS and improving within the regular quarterly releases
