Description
Security Architect ServiceNow with profound Infrastructure and Service Management knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher national diploma level with 5+ years' professionalism in IT Service Management and as an IT Security Architect
- Working experience with IT security and authorizations concepts for ServiceNow and IT architectures in general as well as experience of taking ownership of IT Security delivery with minimal management support
- Business knowledge of consulting services including working with offshore development teams in addition to service Management IT industry know-how and basic knowledge of ITIL
- Ability to initiate action as well as high flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Leading the delivery effort and account for milestone targets according to the project plan
- Reporting to ITSM Integration Lead to highlight risks, key decisions and progress
- Demonstrating understanding of ServiceNow core functions, taking responsibility for IT security activities as well as enable decision making and direction setting
- Collaborating with Data team on Group concepts, evangelize Roles, Authorization, and Group concept
- Providing over-sight with offshore test teams - reviewing Test Scenarios and assisting Test Manager with stakeholder support
- Working with Project management to assist with tracking and escalation of issues as well as Supporting workshops with stakeholders
