Infrastructure Engineer
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of the ITIL processes, and capable of working according to enterprise level processes.
- On-call duties to be expected.
Key Skills:
- Comprehensive technical knowledge within SIP communication platforms.
- Strong analytic ability (eg when solving incidents and problems).
- Know-how and a hands-on approach when working with infrastructure components.
- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Strong communication skill. You are ambitious with the quality of your work and a good team player, who understands how to achieve results through communication and collaboration.
- You take your share of responsibility and focus on getting the job done, you understand the importance of details and you maintain a structured approach to the tasks when you work closely together with your colleagues.
- Passionate about VOIP operations and products, ambitious with regards to the quality of work and a good team player, who understands how to achieve results through communication and collaboration.
Key Experience:
- IP Telephony
- 5 years' of experience with telephony systems at enterprise level.
- Some network knowledge
- SIP protocols
- End user troubleshooting
- Partner collaboration with external vendors.
- Large scale project work.
