Senior Systems Engineer - Contract North Dublin
Are you a Senior Systems Engineer? I am looking to speak to some Microsoft professionals who are looking for a new contract position in Dublin. The company are offering a 6 month contract with a very competitive daily rate.
Qualifications & Experience
- MCSE Certification is desirable
- 7+ years relevant experience
- IT related degree
- Hand-on experience with multi-vendor Firewalls
Skills You Will Provide:
- Provide virtual desktop image support
- Provide support for creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting VMware ThinApps, Microsoft Remote Applications, and Microsoft APP-V applications
- Support/troubleshoot/update/monitor the health of the ADFS and Web Proxy Servers that provide authentication for Office 365, and the ADFS server that provide authentication to enterprise applications
- Support/troubleshoot/update/monitor the health of the Enterprise Vault infrastructure and ensure access to the archived data
- Support/troubleshoot access issues to the Office365 infrastructure and any security or message delivery failures
- Support/troubleshoot/update/monitor the health of the Good Enterprise Mobility service; troubleshoot any client connectivity issues and monitor
- Conduct O365 and Active Directory migration of customers
- Design technical solution architectures and develop migration roadmaps for private,
- public and hybrid cloud, involving leading virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Design and maintain a resilient and scalable VMWare infrastructure (SAS, iSCSI and FC)
- Design and delivery of SAN storage arrays, and all peripherals including backup
- hardware
This is a senior role within the company and a great chance to gain exposure to a large global environment.
Please note this is a daily rate contract role and you must have a STAMP 4 VISA or EU CITIZENSHIP to be eligible.
