Genesys Specialist
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Genesys Specialist
Key Requirements:
- Will be working as a Genesys specialist on projects to realize (new) functionality.
- You will not only do the technical work such as the design, realization and test, but also the internal and external coordination.
- In addition to creating epics (together with the architect) and developing the underlying features, you will coordinate the realization of the functionality in which you naturally also cooperate.
- During the realization you will monitor the planning of the project.
- When commissioning the functionality in the production environment, you will supervise the implementation at the customer and take care of the transfer to Ops.
Key Experience:
- At least 3 years demonstrable knowledge and experience with Genesys.
- Work experience and thinking level with Java.
- UNIX knowledge and experience.
- HBO certificate.
