ConSol Partners client is a technology company seeking an F5 Engineer to join the team. The F5 Engineer will be working on a contract basis which holds great potential add value to your already strong skill set and experience.

Job Description
The Senior F5 Engineer will be part of the team responsible to deliver F5 projects to Dimension Data clients. Most of the projects involve a combination of some or all of the following modules:
- APM
- ASM
- DNS
- LTM
This position will include the design of new infrastructures, supporting the operational teams (f. e. Dimension Data Cloud teams) during implementation and assisting the support team during troubleshooting and problem solving. The team also provides training to other teams within Dimension Data Belgium.
- Understand customer requirements from a technical and business perspectives
- Work with our clients to define projects designs and provide recommendations
- Write implementation steps which will be used by the operation team
- Support the operation team during migrations and configurations
- Participate in solving technical issues in collaboration with the support team
- Maintain and update customer documentation
- Must have understanding of the ITIL principals
Technical
- Strong analytical thinking and knowledge of procedures
- Knowledge of routing and switching principles (minimum CCNA level)
F5 Certified in (minimum one):
- APM
- ASM
Optional product knowledge:
- F5 DNS
- Other products Check Point, Pulse Secure, Juniper, Fortinet, Symantec (former Blue Coat)
- Good knowledge of integrations with HTTPS service, SSL, SAML, REST API
Soft Skills
