Hanson Regan Are currently looking for an IT Security Engineer to work in France for a 6 months contract starting ASAP paying up to €550, this is an English speaking role, if you feel you have the skills please get in touch.

3-5 years of experience in one of the (or combination of) the following areas:
. Digital Forensics/Incident Response
. SOC Analyst, SOC Management, Incident Management experience
. SIEM/Correlation/Ticketing/Alerting
. Malware analysis, reverse engineering, penetration testing and network security

Technical skills:
. Good experience with both Linux & Windows flavours of Operation System
. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS) and networking concepts
. Experience with coding/Scripting (python, Java, ruby, etc.) is a plus
. Technical writing and documentation competencies needed

The role specifically will be responsible for the Incident Response mechanism of the SOC team.

This includes but is not limited to:
. Responsible for managing all Security Incidents on a day-to-day basis; operating in a follow-the-Sun mode
. Incident analysis, response, remediation
. Classification and prioritization of security incidents
The position requires a good understanding of all IT topics and security in general. Additionally, the candidate should be prepared to:
. Serve as the key technical interface to internal and external customers
. Ensure system security needs are established and maintained for operations
. Provide technical leadership and mentor internal team members
. Be an active member of the Blue Team and performing Incident Response Duties
. Work cross-organization to integrate and operate all monitor and logging tools
Knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the areas is necessary.
