Windows Migration Engineer (Desktop) - Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH only, FRENCH desirable.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with workplace program.
- Understanding of desktop architecture.
- 5 years support experience.
- Financial exposure a bonus.
- Superior interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with complex problems and driving out solutions and workarounds.
Description of work:
- Support the business with all deployment activities leading up to their migration.
- Support the business during warranty post migration.
- Remediate any issues that come out of the workplace migrations.
- Get involved in profiling, EUC and application testing as part of the workplace business readiness.
