Core IP Network Engineer - Contract - Dublin
Contract - 6 months with a chance to extend
I am working with a large ISP who are currently seeking to take on a Core IP Network Engineer to join their team on a 6-12 month contract. Primarily this role will be to manage the toward customer operations teams for Core/OSS/RAN.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years' experience Telecom experience
- Excellent understanding of Core (CS/PS/HLR) & OSS
- Previous experience working in a vendor environment
- Providing 3rd level support both on-site and remotely for client
- Provide third party engineers with guidance in the case of outages and business critical situations
- Maintain the network topology, Site specific data, IP Plan etc
- Migrate risk of Core Network to minimalize impact
