Description

Leading edge communications solutions company seeks Help-desk Coordinator to join their dedicated team.

This is a 3rd line support role, supporting software/network/hardware faults.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, organised and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor email and phone for support requests
  • Validate fault reports
  • Utilise fault ticketing systems
  • Escalation
  • Documentation and training

Qualifications:

  • Service desk
  • ITIL
  • Excellent Norwegian and English skills

Candidates must be eligible for Norwegian security clearance.
