The System and Application Management support participate in monitoring and maintenance of business applications and production environ ment and respond to exceptions by initiating the correct actions to meet the highest availability targets.
The applications are home built and run on HPUX and RHEL platforms. Candidate will go through internal application training to get to know them before they start working/supporting in the business less.
8 hours per day and have to work in the evenings and weekends as per shift schedule. Two weekends in a month which could be in the day or in the evening. 4 or 5 evenings in a stretch for every 2 weeks. We are flexible in accommodating changes to the schedule that arise from staff non-availability or business need.
Profile
University degree IT/Engineering with level JUNIOR
Analytical skill with level JUNIOR
Prefer to have atleast one or two years of application support experience in a similar technical environment.
