IP Phone/Desktop Support Engineer - Swindon - IP/Windows/Mac
Square One are looking for an IP engineer to come on board for a 3 month rolling contract based in Swindon starting immediately
Re-IP project aim is to address all the indentfied network device IP conflicts. It inculdes Network devices, Printers, Access Points, PC's and Servers.
This EUC role will work with global and local IT team to make necessary IP changes in conflicting devices as per the project scehdule.
Performing IP address changes in Desktop, Printers, Laptop and verify its functionality after the change.
Printer & Desktop break fix
IP Phone configuration changes( IP address change)
Vendor Coordination and Escorting Vendor at Onsite.
Hands and Feet Support for Sever Room.
Should be familiar with desktop operating systems (Windows/Mac operating system)
Basic Network Knowledge required (IP, Vlan)
Testing Wireless access points availability after IP change.
Coordinate with Sever & Network Engineer and performing IP changes as per their guidance.
