Systems Administrator - Madrid - 6 Month Contract - Up to €27 per hour

A global technology consultancy are currently looking for a skilled Systems Administrator with strong Microsoft Exchange experience to join their team based in Madrid, on an initial 6 month basis with extensions highly likely.
The client also have an office located in Lisbon, so if this is your preferred location then please make this clear in you application.
As the Systems Administrator, you will be part of a large-scale programme, performing administrative tasks in Microsoft Exchange 2010 and 2016.

Your duties will also include, but won't be limited to:

• Reviewing the status of the Windows Applications monitoring platform
• Setting-up, validating and scheduling housekeeping activities to administer Windows Apps
• Administering Windows Apps according to application demands
• Reviewing the status of patching on existing Windows Apps infrastructure
• Performing changes in Windows Apps, including decommissioning, modifications of internal parameters, log files locations, etc.
• Supporting Application Servers and common desktop applications (MS Office, Mozilla FireFox, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc.)

The suitable candidate will have a proven background in Systems Administration with strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 and 2016. You'll have experience of administrating with CMS Documentum and any Microsoft Server application. The Systems Administrator will be a team player with the ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment, using English as the working language.
