SDN Architect Required
Location: Amsterdam/Netherlands
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: 600 Euros Per day
Contract Length: 3 months Plus Extensions

This opportunity is working with a well-known American international telecoms and television cable company who are continuously growing and expanding day to day.
Job description as an SDN Architect:
- Currently seeking an SDN Architect who can participate in the architecture, design and development of services and tools to enable an SDN strategy.
- Architect and design cost effective alternatives for the service delivery of network and security technologies
- Contribute to technical architecture peer reviews and solution design sessions
- Evaluate technical aspects of competing products
- On premise development and very project driven
- Daily stand-ups going over deliverables
- Efficiently liaising with vendors such as Huawei
Required skills and knowledge as an SDN Architect:
- 2-3 years' minimum architect experience
- Strong networking background
- Vendor management skills
- Cisco or Juniper certified
- API level experience development, configuration of the software delivered CPE
- Python and C++ experience is desirable
- Firmware experience mandatory
