Position: Identity/Access Management Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Columbia, SC
Job Requirements:
- IT technical experience in configuring and designing infrastructure/applications - 4 years
- 2 years of experience in identity/access management experience in modifying and deleting user accesses, security systems, rules, accounts and permissions
- RACF (4 years exp Preferred - 2 years Required)
- Host Provisioning (4 years exp Preferred - 2 years Required)
- Active Directory - Nice to Have
Daily Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for fulfilling service requests related to RACF (zOS, zVM), AD (users, groups and permissions) and Oracle in multiple environments.
- Access provisioning for external business partners will be in focus as well.
- The person in this position will be processing requests for various government contracts; therefore accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important.
- Ability to work under tight SLAs and follow up proactively to ensure the job is done is also critical.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met per customer requirements; ensure highest level of quality, customer service and communication.
Candidate Technical Background:
- Working in high volume access management environment, managing SLAs and ECDs, handle escalations and communicating with multiple business and information systems customers.
