Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a CIC Core Centre Specialist for our clients central CIC team.

The Core Center Team are second/third level support for the Interactive Intelligence contact center platform, known as CIC. The core center specialist position is therefore suited to a service- and customer minded person who can work independently in a creative and analytical manner with the ability to hold focus in stressful situations, yet maintain and develop positive team synergy.

Key responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the workplace specialist are:

CIC platform owner

Maintain the CIC platform.

Actively suggest improvements and contribute the development of the CIC platform.

Generate and actively contribute to the implementation of optimization initiatives.

Plan and execute own tasks and participate in planning and execution of team tasks.

Develop and update relevant infrastructure related documentation.

Instruct IT Service Desk and IT Local support in relation to the platform and processes.

You have 5 years' experience with telephony systems at enterprise level. You have knowledge of the ITIL processes, and you are used to working according to enterprise level processes.

You have:
Comprehensive technical knowledge within SIP communication platforms
Strong analytic ability (eg when solving incidents and problems)
Know-how and a hands-on approach when working with infrastructure components.
Strong inter-personal skills
Strong communication skill, You are ambitious with the quality of your work and a good team player, who understands how to achieve results through communication and collaboration.
It is expected that you have experience with eg:
IP Telephony
Some network knowledge
SIP protocols
End user troubleshooting
Partner collaboration with external vendors.
Large scale project work.
You are passionate about VOIP operations and products, ambitious with the quality of your work and a good team player, who understands how to achieve results through communication and collaboration. You thrive in a busy environment with a variety of different tasks and you communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
You take your share of responsibility and focus on getting the job done, you understand the importance of details and you maintain a structured approach to the tasks when you work closely together with your colleagues.
On-call duties must be expected
Experience from the financial sector and knowledge of the related compliance requirements (eg PCI) are an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Any Interactive intelligence course or certification will give great merits

The role to be based in Glostrup or Malmø -Sweden, where we are 5 dedicated colleagues supporting all the clients offices in Europe are based.
