Role description
You will be providing 24/7 Service Desk support to large 3rd party organisations logging on average 50 -70 tickets a day in a busy environment
You will be providing 1st line support on laptops, desktops and Microsoft Applications
Essential experience
- 2 years + commercial service desk experience
- Experience handling a high level of calls
- Call and incident logging ideally with Service Now
- 1st line support of MS applications
- Prior experience support O365
- Strong client service experience
- Strong communicator
