Role description

You will be providing 24/7 Service Desk support to large 3rd party organisations logging on average 50 -70 tickets a day in a busy environment

You will be providing 1st line support on laptops, desktops and Microsoft Applications

Essential experience

  • 2 years + commercial service desk experience
  • Experience handling a high level of calls
  • Call and incident logging ideally with Service Now
  • 1st line support of MS applications
  • Prior experience support O365
  • Strong client service experience
  • Strong communicator
