IT L2 Support [Banking sector]
Key Skills: L2 support, Unix, SQL querying, Windows Server
Tier 1 IT system integrator are looking for experienced L2 support consultant to join their managed services project based in Poland.
Experience needed:
- 1-3 years experience working in IT ideally within Financial organisation.
- Proven track record of high performance in a service oriented environment
- A solid technical understanding of IT and technology in general with desire to work in a service oriented support function.
- Excellent problem-solving skills which must be demonstrated through previous education or career experience
- Strong listening and spoken communication skills in English, German in addition an advantage
- Experience with Unix (eg handling files, searching logs, checking processes)
- Experience with SQL querying (Oracle/MicrosoftSQL)
- Experience with Windows Server (eg handling files, searching logs, checking processes)
