Mainframe Engineer - DB2 - Dutch Speaking

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Mainframe Engineer - DB2 - Dutch Speaking

Key Requirements:

- You will be working according to the Scrum methodology to keep the Mainframe applications up and running.
- But until their functionality is taken over by target systems, it is essential that the Mainframe applications continue to work well.

Key Experience:

- Need to have thorough knowledge of (Mainframe DB2) databases and SQL, Cobol, PL1, JCL, CICS, IMS, MQ, Z/OS, ISPF, Endevor, TWS. Knowledge of the ING Mainframe landscape is a very big advantage.
- Will be part of an ambitious and driven team with an Agile method.
- Work together with colleagues from other areas of expertise and take initiative in the broadening of knowledge (inside and outside your expertise) that is relevant within the team in which you work.
- Pick up tasks/activities where possible that contribute to the mission, even if it is not entirely within your area of expertise.
- Able to get all (typical) items from the backlog from 'to do' to 'done'.
- Master the full spectrum of MF-engineering skills
- Provide Level 2 support for applications.
- Contribute to the development of the team by actively giving and receiving feedback.
- Be responsible for the development of your own professional knowledge and apply it.
- Familiar with IT Risk processes and experienced in implementing and monitoring them.
- Have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
