Unified Communications Collaboration Voice Specialist - CUCM,

£445 per day
The UCC Voice Specialist will be a key member of the team and will be involved in delivering the full technology stack including the Global Dial Plan, IM & Presence, Cisco Jabber, Jabber Mobile via Expressways and interacting with core IPT telephony services, voicemail, switchboard, ACD and associated technologies (eg call logging, cost recovery).
The role involves:
- Implementation of the CUCM infrastructure globally
- Representing the project in Change meetings
- Working with the 3rd line support teams to ensure that services are not affected by the project.
- Provide 4th line support (and participation in SWATs where required) required in the resolution of complex
Experience Required:
- Global IPT telephony services,
- Global voicemail services (Cisco Unity)
- Cisco/Tandberg VCS/TMS and external audio and video services.
- Microsoft LYNC and conferencing services;
- Global webcasting broadcast services (service solution under review);
- Global Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system (Aspect) including Scripting
