Responsibilities:
- Identification and development of new business opportunities in the client base.
- Consult clients to analyse current business circumstances and propose the solution.
- Understand client’s solutions and present to the client for client’s business opportunities.
- Understand and demonstrate the value of client’s business to the clients.
- Clearly understand the customers’ requirements and liaise between EU subsidiaries and Client’s HQ to ensure requirements are fully captured.
- Involvement in meetings and workshops from initiation to delivery.
- Maintain and form new relationships with multiple decision makers in the client base.
- Manage issues related to business professionally and promptly.
- Produce reports for internal use. (weekly, monthly basis)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years business development or project management experience or equivalent
- Experience or equivalent in IT technology sales & Marketing & IT Consulting
- Expertise in at least one of SCM, ERP, CRM, e-Commerce systems,
- Marketing campaign system (Adobe, SAP etc.) and Analytics
- Experienced in Process Innovation (PI), requirements gathering and proposal write-ups.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to pick up new ideas and subject matter quickly.
- Strong experience in working within a large organisation, multiple stakeholders, and big agencies.
