Responsibilities:
- Applying IT service quality policy from HQ (Korea) to IT shared service centre.
- Quality guidance training to IT service engineer periodically.
- Managing & report SLA (Service Level Agreement) every single month and weekly report.
- Support SR (service request) ticket system.
- Ad-hoc reporting to manager or HQ.
Qualifications:
- A good understanding of IT system and the ability to measure IT service key performance indicate.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, word skills
- Korean speaking
- Preferable good understanding of ITIL, ITSM and Service request ticketing system experience
